Simple Payroll Submission

Payroll can be submitted through a quick and easy to use online form, specifically designed for your business.  For larger teams with established systems we can look to integrate our processes.

All Payslips, P45s & P60s

All payslips, P45s & P60s are securely hosted online within a dedicated portal. Employees will have individual access and employers will have company wide access. Team members will be notified by email when a new document is released, there is also an accompanying smartphone app for instant payslip delivery.

Pension Calculations

Working with your chosen pension provider we can set up and manage your pension scheme or take over the running of your current scheme. We will handle all statutory pension communications, complete ongoing assessments of your team and handle all pension calculations.

Employee Holiday Calendar

Each employee will have their own online & app based holiday calendar, where they can request time off & manage their leave.
All requests are converted to email & sent directly to the relevant person for approval, with a full tracking history. The calendar can also be used to log absence, sickness & parenting leave. Equally if you currently have a system that works for you then this feature can be deactivated.

Secure Online Portal

Each member of your team will have their own online portal which holds documents such as their payslips, P60’s, pension letters and should the time come their P45. The portal also gives access to their holiday calendar and time off request form. As an employer you have access to a range of reports and an area to upload your own specific documents such as contracts, handbooks and memos.

Full HMRC & Pension Regulator Compliance

We will keep you up to date and in line with all minimum wage, HMRC & pension requirements.

Integration with Xero, Quickbooks...

All your payroll information can be sent directly and securely to your accounts software both saving time and reducing errors. If you would like us to discuss this with your accountant simply connect us by email. This feature is optional and you are welcome to enter this information manually if you prefer.
